Welcome to Call of Senate, a browser-based game developed by Jopel Studios ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the game.

1. License to Use

Jopel Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Call of Senate solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer ownership of the game or any of its intellectual property to you.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Call of Senate in a lawful and responsible manner. You must not interfere with the operation of the game, distribute modified or unauthorized versions, reverse engineer or decompile the game except where permitted by applicable law, use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or engage in activities that may harm the game, its services, or Jopel Studios.

3. Intellectual Property

Call of Senate, including its original source code, artwork, visual designs, user interface, logos, text, animations, and other original content, is owned by Jopel Studios or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Certain assets used within the game, including sound effects, music, fonts, icons, images, and other creative materials, may be owned by their respective copyright holders and are used in accordance with their applicable licenses or permissions. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of Call of Senate or its content. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the game without prior written permission from Jopel Studios or the applicable rights holder.

4. Updates

Jopel Studios may release updates, bug fixes, balance adjustments, security improvements, or new features at any time. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features when necessary to improve or maintain the game.

5. Availability

While we strive to provide a reliable experience, Call of Senate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

6. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jopel Studios disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jopel Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Call of Senate. This includes, but is not limited to, the loss of locally stored game scores, saved settings, or other gameplay data.

8. Termination

Jopel Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the game or certain features if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the integrity, security, or operation of the game.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always include the updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
