Jopel Studios ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Senate Rage handles information when you download, install, access, or use the game. By using Senate Rage, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Senate Rage does not require user accounts and does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or other personally identifiable information. The game stores certain gameplay information locally on your device, such as your game settings, preferences, and high scores, where applicable. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to Jopel Studios.
2. Microphone Access
Senate Rage uses your device's microphone as a core gameplay feature to detect voice input. Audio is processed locally on your device in real time and is used only while the game requires voice input. Jopel Studios does not record, store, upload, transmit, or share your voice recordings or audio with any third party. You may revoke microphone permission at any time through your device settings. Please note that doing so may prevent certain gameplay features from functioning properly.
3. Local Storage
The game uses your device's local storage to save gameplay-related information, including settings and game progress where applicable. Deleting the application or clearing its data may permanently remove this information.
4. Advertisements
Senate Rage does not currently display advertisements or use third-party advertising services. If advertisements are introduced in a future version of the game, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those changes become effective.
5. Third-Party Services
Senate Rage does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, account systems, cloud storage, or online multiplayer services. The game may rely on services provided by your device's operating system or application store for installation, updates, and distribution.

Senate Rage requests only the permissions necessary for its intended functionality, including microphone access for voice-controlled gameplay.
