Welcome to Senate Run, a mobile game developed by Jopel Studios ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Senate Run, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue your use of the game.
1. License to Use
Jopel Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use Senate Run solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer ownership of the game or any of its intellectual property to you and may be revoked if these Terms are violated.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Senate Run in a lawful and responsible manner. You must not interfere with the operation of the game, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the game or its related services, distribute modified or unauthorized versions of the game, use cheats, hacks, bots, exploits, or automation tools, reverse engineer or decompile the game except where permitted by applicable law, or engage in any activity that may harm Jopel Studios, the game, or other users.
3. Advertisements
Senate Run may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob. These advertisements help support the continued development and maintenance of the game. Jopel Studios is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party advertisements or any external websites or services accessed through those advertisements.
4. In-App Purchases
Senate Run may offer optional digital items, features, or virtual currency through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's payment terms and refund policies. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or Google Play policies, purchases are generally non-refundable. Digital items purchased within the game have no real-world monetary value, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be transferred or resold to other users.
5. Intellectual Property
Senate Run, including its original source code, artwork, visual designs, user interface, logos, game mechanics, and other original content, is owned by Jopel Studios or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Certain assets, including sound effects, music, fonts, icons, images, or other materials, are owned by their respective copyright holders and are used under their applicable licenses or permissions. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of Senate Run or its content. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit any part of the game without permission from Jopel Studios or the applicable rights holder.
6. Updates and Changes
Jopel Studios may release updates, bug fixes, balance adjustments, security improvements, new content, or additional features at any time. Some updates may be required to continue accessing certain features of the game. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of Senate Run at our discretion.
7. Availability
While we strive to provide a stable and enjoyable experience, Jopel Studios does not guarantee that Senate Run will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or free from errors. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimer
Senate Run is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jopel Studios disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Your use of the game is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jopel Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Senate Run. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of game progress, loss of virtual items, data loss, service interruptions, device issues, or any other damages resulting from the use of the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Termination
Jopel Studios reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Senate Run or certain features if you violate these Terms, misuse the game, or if such action is necessary to protect the integrity, security, or operation of the game or its users.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in the game, applicable laws, or our services. Any updates will become effective upon publication of the revised Terms with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of Senate Run after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
