Jopel Studios ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Koreo-Litrato handles information when you access or use the application. By using Koreo-Litrato, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Koreo-Litrato does not require you to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. The application collects only the content that you voluntarily choose to upload or create, including images and text messages, in order to provide its intended functionality.
2. User Content
Koreo-Litrato allows you to upload an image and create a personalized message that can be shared with others. The images and messages you submit are stored on our servers solely to generate and display your digital postcard. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permission to upload any content you share through the application.
3. File Storage
Uploaded images and messages are securely stored using our storage infrastructure so they can be accessed when a valid sharing code is provided. The application does not use uploaded content for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics purposes.
4. Sharing Through Access Codes
Each postcard is assigned a unique access code. Anyone who has the correct access code may access and view the associated postcard. Because access is based on possession of the code, you are responsible for deciding who you share the code with. Jopel Studios cannot prevent access by individuals who obtain a valid access code.
5. Local Storage
Koreo-Litrato may use your browser or device's local storage to save temporary preferences or improve your experience. This information remains on your device and is not shared with Jopel Studios.
6. Third-Party Services
Koreo-Litrato does not currently use third-party advertising services, analytics platforms, or in-app purchase providers. The application may rely on cloud hosting, storage providers, or other infrastructure services necessary to operate the application securely and reliably.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information stored by Koreo-Litrato from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Koreo-Litrato is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information or inappropriate content through the application, please contact us.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application, applicable laws, or our services. Any updates will become effective upon publication of the revised Privacy Policy with an updated "Last Updated" date.
