Welcome to Koreo-Litrato, an application developed by Jopel Studios ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Koreo-Litrato, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue your use of the application.
1. License to Use
Jopel Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Koreo-Litrato for its intended personal and non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the application or any of its intellectual property to you.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Koreo-Litrato lawfully and responsibly. You must not interfere with the operation of the application, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, distribute modified versions of the application, reverse engineer or decompile the application except where permitted by applicable law, or use the application in a manner that could harm Jopel Studios, its services, or other users.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the images, messages, and other content you upload to Koreo-Litrato. By submitting content, you grant Jopel Studios a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the application's intended functionality. You represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to upload and share the content you submit.
4. Sharing Through Access Codes
Koreo-Litrato generates unique access codes that allow recipients to view shared postcards. You are responsible for keeping your access codes private if you do not wish to share your content publicly. Jopel Studios is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the disclosure or sharing of a valid access code.
5. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, sexually explicit, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise violates applicable laws or the intellectual property rights of others. Jopel Studios reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to the application if content is believed to violate these Terms or applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
Koreo-Litrato, including its original source code, artwork, visual designs, logos, user interface, text, animations, and other original content, is owned by Jopel Studios or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Certain assets, including fonts, icons, sound effects, images, or other creative materials, may be owned by their respective copyright holders and are used under their applicable licenses. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the application or its original content.
7. Availability
While we strive to provide a reliable service, Koreo-Litrato is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous access, or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jopel Studios disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jopel Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, inability to use, or sharing of content through Koreo-Litrato, including the loss of uploaded content or unauthorized access resulting from the sharing of access codes.
10. Termination
Jopel Studios reserves the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate use of the application if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the integrity, security, or operation of the application.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Koreo-Litrato after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
